Men of 50 years of age and older can have a prostate screening from the physicians of the University of Tennessee Medical Center.
The screenings are being provided as part of Prostate Cancer Awareness Week.
Urologists Fred Klein, Bedford Waters and Edward Kim will be offering the free screenings at their UT Medical Center offices.
The American Cancer Society recommends men over 50 have a yearly medical check up and prostate exam. The exam will include a digital rectal exam and a prostate specific antigen blood test.
The screenings are taking place Sept. 22, 23 and 24.
