MADISON, Wis. (AP) - Parents of a missing University of Wisconsin student vowed to find her Wednesday, four days after she vanished from her off-campus apartment without a coat or purse.
Investigators said they are sorting through hundreds of tips about Audrey R. Seiler's disappearance. A surveillance tape showed the 20-year-old leaving her building early Saturday, and her door was left open, police said.
"Audrey, we are looking for you," her mother, Stephanie Seiler, said on ABC's "Good Morning America." "We will find you, Audrey, and we are going to bring you home safe."
Volunteers from Seiler's hometown of Rockford, Minn., slogged through marshes around campus Tuesday, while investigators scoured phone records and searched apartments for any clue into her disappearance.
