Putin and the Fate of Russian Democracy" as part of a lecture series called "Is Democracy For Everyone?" The lecture is sponsored by the Philosophy Club and Global Studies Program, and will be held in 226-227 University Center.
o 7:30 p.m. - Barbara A. Barletta of the University of Florida speaks on "The Western Greeks and Their Neighbors" in the McClung Museum.

o 12 p.m. - Several religious groups sponsor an Ash Wednesday Ecumenical Prayer Service.
o 1:25 to 4:30 p.m. - Career Services holds Business Career Information Day in the UC. More than 20 company representatives will attend to discuss career paths in various business areas.
o 1:30 p.m. - Donald B. Trauger, associate laboratory director for nuclear and engineering technologies at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, speaks on "Horse Power to Nuclear Power" in 308 Pasqua Engineering Building.
o 3 to 8 p.m. - The Mental Health Association of East Tennessee sponsors the Mind and Body Celebration at T-RECS as part of Eating Disorder Awareness Week. The celebration will include informational booths on healthy living including nutrition, fitness and emotional health.
