The University of Tennessee men's golf team finished in ninth place at the Gary Koch Cleveland Golf Intercollegiate golf tournament at the Old Memorial Golf Course in Tampa, Fla. The Vols turned in a 291-297-294 882.
Sophomore Andrew Pratt finished tied for second place in the tournament after carding 71-70-71 212. This was his highest finish of the fall season. Following Pratt was fellow sophomore Ian Parnaby. Parnaby fired a three-round score of 223.
Florida won the team competition with scores of 280-293-285 858. Mississippi (866), Louisiana State (867) and South Florida (873) round out the top team scores.
Troy Muller of Mississippi was the individual winner with scores of 74-68-69 211. Following Muller was Tennessee's Pratt, Florida's Nick Gilliam and LSU's Craig Taylor all with a three-round score of 212.
The Vols will next be in action on Oct. 30-31 at the LSU Intercollegiate in Baton Rouge, La.
