Spooky Mix

1 package of chocolate chips
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup orange and black M&M’s
6 cups of Crispix cereal (or Chex)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cups pretzel sticks

In a large bowl, melt chocolate on high for one minute. Remove bowl from microwave and stir, then heat chocolate for another 30 seconds or until melted. Add peanut butter and stir until blended. Add M&M’s, cereal and pretzels. Stir gently until mixture is completely coated. Place powdered sugar in a large resealable plastic bag. Add coated cereal and shake bag until fully coated. Mixture should be stored in a container and refrigerated.

Spooky Eyeball Salad

3 lbs. seedless grapes (red, green or combination)
1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup walnuts or pecans (chopped)
1 cup light brown sugar

Wash and stem grapes; drain. In large mixing bowl, combine sugar, sour cream, cream cheese, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over grapes and mix until thoroughly combined. In separate bowl, mix nuts and brown sugar together. Pour grape mixture into serving dish and sprinkle the top with the brown sugar and nut mixture.

Tip: This recipe will be even better if it is served chilled, so leave it overnight in the fridge.
